Ask: The existing onboarding experience lacked clarity and engagement, resulting in inconsistent understanding by new hires and stakeholders.
Process: I partnered closely with the onboarding team, PMs, UX designers, and copywriters to identify user pain points and define a creative strategy. I led the creative proposal and built design-system assets, branded visuals and communication materials across multiple channels to support adoption.
