Ask: Launch a UAC campaign highlighting six Google Messages features. Each feature required: 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16 formats 6s and 15s versions Performance-ready paid media assets 36 deliverables in total. The goal was not just execution, but consistency and scalability across every variation.
Process: Build One System, Not 36 Videos. I created a modular motion framework built on a consistent structure: Hook, feature demo, value reinforcement, and brand lockup. Each video followed the same narrative rhythm. Standardized Intro & Outro. I designed a reusable intro and outro system to: Establish brand tone immediately, anchor every feature in the same visual language, and allow feature content to swap seamlessly. Only the feature module changed. Everything else remained structurally consistent.
