Ask: ALF needed a clear UX journey, scalable visual foundation to support product growth, improve usability, and unify brand expression across its digital presence. At the time, there was no cohesive system or consistent experience, making it difficult to scale design efficiently or communicate product value clearly.

Process:
I led the project end to end as a solo designer, defining the strategy and translating it into a cohesive product and brand system.
I established the visual language, UX, component system, and interaction patterns to ensure the experience remained scalable, usable, and consistent across the site.
Interactive motion and Lottie animations were introduced to help explain manufacturing processes and make complex information easier for customers to navigate and understand.
AI tools were integrated into the workflow to accelerate discovery and creative exploration. ChatGPT supported research, project planning, and information analysis, while Midjourney and Nano Banana Pro helped imagery from concept to final deliverables.
